We will fund motor vehicles, light commercials, heavy commercials, including skip & tipper hire wagons, trailers, plant equipment, agricultural machinery & farming equipment.

• You must be homeowners, if you are tenant we will consider the proposal with a guarantor who is a homeowner.
• We look at agreements for Sole traders, Partnerships and Limited companies. Advances to Limited companies - we will require Directors Personal Guarantees.
• Our minimum lend is £4K to our maximum lend £75K
• Data Protection forms or our Application forms must be signed and dated by the client so we can complete our company searches.
• A proposal detailing your full name, date of birth, home address, business address, contacts numbers, trading status, kit specification and equity details.
• For advances over £10,000 we will require 3 months consecutive bank statements plus up to date financials and may instruct a site visit at our cost.
