When forwarding proposals and to help maintain our prompt service, please ensure you forward the following items together with your completed proposal form:
- A signed D.P.A. (permission to search form) from your client authorising us to carry out searches.
- Your client's home address and equity details
- Full details of the asset.
The funding criteria for each proposal are:
- Your client’s personal details need to be verified
- Any adverse information needs to be supported with an explanation and should ideally be satisfied.
- For proposals over £10,000 copies of the previous 3 months bank statements will be required together with any supporting financial information.
These items are requested to help us establish the serviceability of your client, which is an essential part of the underwriting procedure.
